We offer certain designers collections on Pre-Order for our online customers. This means you are able to purchase an item before we receive it.
We can only offer an estimate on the delivery window. If you purchase a pre-order item and the delivery is later than the estimated delivery date, we will contact customers directly to ensure updates are relayed as we receive them.
If you have purchased a pre-order and the stock is unable to be supplied due to COVID production complications, we will contact you directly and process a full refund for your order. Please refer to our refund terms and conditions here or contact us directly at email@example.com for any queries.
Once we receive the item/s from the supplier, pre-orders are sent to customers on the same day.
You can cancel a pre-order at anytime for a full-refund.
